David Shane, principal of Optiquity, Inc., has been active in mobile technology working mostly on mobile architecture and infrastructure for iOS (iPhone/iPad) app development for the last five years and has been a software professional since 1991. Most recently, David has used his hands on software architecture and development experience to create mobile applications and server side solutions while using his management and strategy backgrounds to help clients build technology teams, analyze device usage data and anticipate future trends.

David has worked on projects and led teams for a variety of companies including Goldman Sachs, MetLife, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, American Express, MRM Worldwide, General Motors, Equinox Fitness, Citigroup, and Axcan Pharma.

David has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
